Longstay accomodation

The hotel is located at Rieker Business Park and has good public transport connections to Amsterdam South and Central. In your room, inspired by Dutch Design, you have a private bathroom, fridge, kettle, television and free WIFI. Of course you can use all facilities such as fitness and the hotel restaurant. If you eat something in our restaurant or terrace, we offer you an interesting discount. Opportunities to work here are also negotiable.

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, wifi and 1x cleaning per week. Additional costs apply for several cleaning moments per week. Please note, pets are not allowed. Our price is for single use. Additional costs per month apply for a second person in the room.

Use of the shared kitchen, public areas and 24-hour reception service.

House rules

This long stay at our location is only possible because of the tolerance policy from the municipality of Amsterdam. If the Municipality decides to change this policy, we will no longer allow guests to stay in our hotel for longer than one month. Guests will be notified, must find their own place to live and leave the hotel within one month;
A long stay with a special price applies from 1 month;
There is a 1 month notice period;
If you would like to extend your stay, please inform us 1 week prior to the departure date. So we can check the room availability;
The room rate is always including gas, water, light and use of Wi-Fi and television.
There is a mandatory deposit fee equal to 1 month rent;
Payment for the new month must be done 1 week prior to the new month;
The price includes a complete cleaning 1x per week. This means: clean towels, clean bed sheets, vacuum cleaning and the bathroom will be cleaned. For each additional cleaning in the same week, we ask € 20,00 each time.
You have the right to have a privileges card with 15% discount if you order something in our restaurant/bar De Stijl.
There is a shared kitchen on the 1st floor which can be used to prepare your own meals. The kitchens are equipped with an electric stove and microwave. Kitchenware must be brought by the guests themselves;
One person is allowed to stay over in the hotel room (unless otherwise discussed during the reservation). Visitors are welcome, but they must register themselves at the reception.
It is possible to register on our hotel address with the municipality of Amsterdam, if you stay with us for 4 months or longer:
- If you decide to register with the municipality of Amsterdam, the city tax does not apply. We will provide you with a declaration of consent upon arrival. This declaration is also retroactive. The city tax will be removed from your reservation from the registration date stated on the confirmation from the municipality of Amsterdam
- If you decide not to register with the municipality of Amsterdam, you will be charged city tax; 7% of the room price per night + € 3.00 per person per night. After 21 days, the € 3.00 city tax will expire. This city tax is a mandatory by Amsterdam for those who are not registered in the city.
A welcome meeting with the hotel manager will be scheduled in the first week of your stay;
It is possible to let your clothes be cleaned for €25,00 for minimum of 5 kilos. You can hand this in at the reception in the laundry bags which are in the room. It is possible to ask for more laundry bags on request.
It is possible to use our underground parking garage. There are costs involved.
The inspection report and the house rules need to be signed when handing over the key card upon arrival.
We would like to receive a copy of your passport / ID card upon arrival.
