Hotel Facilities

What kind of facilities are there in the room?


There is free Wi-Fi available, Airconditioning, you will have a bath or walk-in shower, Coffee and tea facilities, a safe, Television with Netflix, Iron with Iron board, mini bar (empty)




What kind of room types do you have


In total, we have 256 hotel rooms.

We have Superior twin and doubles rooms, Executive rooms, Business rooms and wheelchair access rooms.




What kind of facilities do you have in the hotel?


We have free Wi-Fi, Airconditioning, Restaurant & Bar, Gym, Breakfast options, Meeting rooms, Parking, Laundry service, Room service, 24/7 Reception service and a Luggage room.




Do you have baby-cots available and what are the extra costs?


Children until the age of 8 years can sleep in the same bed as their parents. A baby-cot is available for children until the age of 2 years for €10,00 per night. All is based upon availability.




Do you have triple rooms


No, our rooms are not suitable for three adults. Children until the age of 8 years can sleep in the same bed as their parents. If requested we can book a connecting room.




Are there any welness (swimmingpool) facilities?


Unfortunately there are none. We do have a large terace located near the water

What time can I check-in and when do we need to check-out?


Check-in is after 14:00hrs and you can stay in the room until 12:00hrs (noon)




I forgot something in my room, what can I do?


You can send an email to receptie@artemisamsterdam.com with the specifics. They will contact you as soon as possible.




I have a question regarding my invoice.


You can send an email to reservations@artemisamsterdam.com with proof and your question(s).




I would like to cancel/modify my reservation. Is this possible?


This depends on what kind of conditions are applying to your booking.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?


No, pets are not allowed unless this is medical necessary (service dog)

Restaurant

Is it necessary to reserve for breakfast, lunch or dinner?


Upon arrival you can reserve a table, but you may always contact us in advance.




Are there options for gluten free, lactose free or other allergies available?


You can inform us via phone and email or let the reception know upon arrival, so that we can take it into account




When is breakfast served?


Breakfast is available from 07:00-11:00am in our restaurant. UPDATE -> Due to Covid-19 our hotel restaurant is closed and we only have take-away options.




What are the costs for breakfast?


The regular price is €17,00 per person per day. For our direct bookers we offer a special price €15,00 per person per day if you book it in advance.





Cars and bikes

Is parking available near the hotel and what are the costs?


There is a parking garage under the hotel available for our guests, it is based upon availability. There are electric charging points available. The costs are:

€1,30 per 20 minutes

€18,00 per 12hrs

€22,00 per 24hrs/night




What is the total overall clear height for cars?


That will be 2.10 meters




My car is higher than 2.10 meters. What now?


In front of the hotel there are a few parking options for largers cars and busses. Please contact us to check the availibility




Is it possible to rent a bike and what are the costs?


We have bikes available from the hotel. The costs are €16,00 for one day, for every next day the costs are €13,00 per day.





Cocid-19

Is your hotel and restaurant open?


Yes, our hotel is open. However our restaurant is closed. We only have take away options for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner




What kind of measures do you have in the hotel regarding COVID-19?


Frequently used surfaces are cleaned and disinfected

Bed linen and towels are washed at a minimum of 60 ° C

Contactless check-in and check-out

Screens have been placed in the main contact areas

Routing stickers are indicated

Social distancing measures have been taken

Guests can have their temperature measured

Mouth masks are available

Hand sanitizing gel is provided

Individually packaged dishes are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and through room service
