Meeting rooms

Dutch Design Hotel Artemis offers 6 multifunctional meetingrooms, offering space for meetings, conferences and events upto 230 people. The architecture of the rooms was inspired by Dutch Designer Dudok. Each meetingroom has a modern contemporary design, and provides you with an inspiring location for your meeting or event. The meetingrooms can be combined with the boardrooms, to provide you with breakout spaces for meetings or interviews.

Dudok Meeting rooms
This spacious and light meeting room is named after the Dutch architect Willem Marinus Dudok. His best known work is the design of the Hilversum Town Hall. Dudok was not part of any one movement but was open to all influences of his time. He is often seen from abroad as representing the different elements of the Dutch architectural movement of the beginning of the century.

The Dudok meeting rooms are situated on the ground floor, and are normally used as an extension of Restaurant-Bar ‘de Stijl’. The two rooms can be used separately or be combined to form 1 large meetingroom, offering space for upto 110 people (reception). The Dudok is ideal for private dinners, receptions and workshops, or can function as a showroom and exhibition room. In the summer months the doors to our beautiful waterside terrace can be opened, providing you with the opportunity for a regenerating break in the sun.

Rietveld Meeting room
The Rietveld meeting room is a large multi-functional room which can be divided into four smaller meeting rooms. The meeting room is named after Gerrit Rietveld, famous for his designs in both furniture and architecture. In 1919 he was part of the ‘Stijl’ movement. This was a group of artists, writers and architects who introduced a radical new influence in their time. The independent aspects, with right angles and sharp corners combined well with cubism and gave the ’Stijl’ its characteristic geometrical identity.

The Rietveld meeting room can hold upto 230 persons in a theatre setting, making it ideal for press conferences, product launches or other larger meetings and events. The room has been designed to offer you comfort and a feeling of space and light. With the calm neutral colors and the double glazed windows, the room offers a calm, quiet and discrete space to accommodate your meeting or event. The Rietveld is conveniently located on the ground floor, bordering the lobby of the hotel. Restaurant-Bar ‘De Stijl’ is only steps away, ideal for a lunch break, dinner or after meeting drinks.
